Welcome!
Well, here it is, my bio! I only have one week left! After this weekend, I'm hanging up my apron and going to try to enjoy this time before the wedding. It feels really good already to have almost everything done and I'm glad we set this deadline for ourselves. I hope this bio is helpful and can't wait to post pictures of the real deal!
A little about us...
We met in college in a Chemistry class (thus the college-themed page names) and have been best friends since.
He proposed with a grand piano (yes, rented and delivered for the afternoon) in my parents' back yard (no one else was there at the time) where he played and sang "Ordinary People" by John Legend. I had always wanted to hear him play the piano and that song has meant a lot to us both for several years and reminds me of him instantly whenever I hear it - so it was the best surprise ever!
The story is a little bit longer than that and involves "baked potato", a town car and an early flight in, but that can wait for another time...
